S. Parker Road Multi Family Structure Fire
On February 1, 2023, at approximately 5:27 a.m., Local members responded to S Parker Road, in Arapahoe County, for reports of a fire at a multi-family structure. First arriving members reported an active fire in a unit on the first floor, with heavy smoke conditions, and extension to the second and third floors. Members assisted with multiple rescues and evacuations. A total of 10 people were evaluated on scene and two were transported with minor injuries. Residents from 86 units were displaced and are being assisted by the Red Cross and Arapahoe County Office of Emergency Services. The cause was determined to be an accidental cooking fire.
