South Metro's Tower Companies are staffed with a crew of four firefighters. Towers respond to all calls within their immediate "first due" station area and into other areas where their specialized tools are needed. Towers carry an assortment of ground ladders, forcible entry tools, extrication equipment, water, a pump and hose.
